contraryguy It is Watkins Glen State Park, in upstate New York. If you look at a map of NY, and see the 'Finger Lakes' in the middle, it is at the bottom of one of the lakes. Seneca Lake, I think. In upstate NY, tourism drops off after Labor Day, so I'm sure they'll be glad to see you if you go. ;)Sep 09, 2005from the photo: More bridges

I do not have a MySpace profile.
Why do I use statuary as my profile pic? Because it speaks of people and places gone by, or in artistic works (like my first profile pic) an expression of... something. People who have done... something. I've had a Native American chief, a Roman noble, a WWI soldier, and others as my avatar. My own visage is much less photogenic... better to leave the stage to more dramatic figures like those guys.
